• captcha — the spam check had not finished, or it expired while the form was open. Go back and let the check complete before submitting.
• missing — a required field was empty. Under Organization, every field is: name, type, jurisdiction, website and the number of titles. Under Contact, the name, role and e-mail. The declaration must also be ticked.
• url — the website was not a valid web address. It needs to start with http:// or https://.
• email — the e-mail address was not a valid address.
• toolong — one of the fields exceeded its length limit.
• send — the check passed but delivery failed at our end. That is a fault on our side.
